How It Works

The self-contained machine has a 6 hp Kohler engine that drives the brush system on a B belt pulley system. It also has a charging system on the engine to charge a 12 volt battery to run the electric actuator for dumping the waste from the high density plastic hopper. The adjustment on the brushes is done by two crank jacks on the front wheel casters.

The machine can be towed by anything with a 1 7/8 ball connection. Frame is made of tubular steel construction for durability and protection of engine and hopper. The entire machine weighs approx. 500 pounds, so weight distribution is not an issue. The hopper has 1½ yard capacity. The machine can cover 2½ acres per hour.

Once the engine is started and desired RPM is chosen, the front jacks which lower the nylon brush system onto the grass will barely touch the top of the grass to pick up all debris without damaging the grass.

Waste can be put into a composting facility. To dump, the electric actuator lifts the hopper, and the waste slides out ... no handling by the operator required.

The plastic hopper is so easy to clean! Just spray with a high pressure hose, and the surface is clean.

The hopper is available, at a minimal additional cost, in any color to match your fleet or logo.
